Assassin Strike - Added new combat ability.
Adrenaline Rush - Added restriction can only be used by those with combat as their primary or sole discipline.
Biotic Charge - Added restriction can only be taken by those with biotic as their primary discipline and combat as their minor.
Biotic Cloak - Added new biotic ability. - Added restriction can only be taken by those with biotic as their primary discipline and combat as their minor. - Added restriction that it may also not be taken if the user has any armor abilities or biotic charge.
Tactical Cloak - Has been moved from combat to tech. - Added restriction can only be taken by those with tech as their primary discipline and combat as their minor. - Added restriction that it may also not be taken if the user has any armor abilities.
Smash - Base cooldown decreased from 8 to 5 seconds. - Base damage increased from 500 to 550. - Base range increased from 6 to 8 meters.
Shockwave - Base range increased from 10 to 16 meters.

Flamer -Increase base range from 5 meters to 10 meters
Fortification - Base damage reduction increased from 15% to 25% - Evolution 4 power damage bonus increased from 20% to 30%
Blade Armor - Base damage reduction increased from 15% to 25% - Base encumbrance penalty reduced from 60% to 50% - Base melee damage return increased from 75% to 100% - Evolution 4 melee damage return bonus increased from 75% to 150% - Melee damage return cap increased from 1000 to 2000
Reave - Base Damage increased from 70 to 85per sec
Barrier - Base damage reduction increased from 15% to 25% - Evolution 4 power damage bonus increased from 25% to 30%
Clarifications - These are not actual changes, but rather detailing some aspects of powers that were hidden.
Ballistic Blades - Does 80% of it's base damage immediately and 20% of it as a DOT over the course of 10 seconds. - 800 base newton force. - Blade explosion has 0.5m range and 800 newton force.
Carnage - Does 75% of it's base damage immediately and 25% of it as a DOT over the course of 2 seconds
Warp - Does 75% of its base damage immediately and 25% of it as a DOT over the course of 10 seconds.
Stasis - Has a base 125pts damage threshold before it breaks.
Biotic Charge - 50% damage reduction for 3 seconds. 300% force bonus against frozen targets.
Biotic Cloak - Damage bonus applies to a 2.5 second window, not just to the first shot after the cloak ends.
Incinerate - Does +50% damage against armor and -50% penalty against shields. - Does 75% of its base damage immediately and 25% of it as a DOT over the course of 3 seconds.
Overload - Has a +200% bonus against shields, -50% penalty against organic health.
Energy Drain - Has a +200% bonus against shields, -50% penalty against organic health.
Combat Drone - The combat drone's basic attack has 40 base damage, 175 base force, and has a cooldown of 3 seconds. - The shock attack from the evolution 3 upgrade has a 3 second cooldown, 1000 base force, and a radius of 5 meters. It has an attack range of only 1.9 meters and can impact up to 2 targets. - The evolution 6 Chain Lightning upgrade modifies the basic attack to jump to up to 3 targets. There is a jump delay of 0.5 seconds, and a max jump distance of 10 meters.
