Not everything the government does is recorded. Not every location is on the map. 45 miles off the
east coast of Mexico is an island that no-one knows exists. During World War 2 the United States Military
used it as a torture camp for captured Japanese soldiers. The camps was code named: Nethering's.
After World War 2 came the Cold War, and the island fell under control of the secret government
division known as the Thullu (thoo loo) Division. Their goal was to create medicines that would allow
humans to transcend beyond their normal capacities. But they needed test subjects. In one of the
greatest cover-ups in history the CIA and FBI faked the execution of over 1,500 death-row inmates and
transported them to Nethering's.
However the government soon changed its mind. With the end of the Cold War the Thullu Division was no
longer needed. The island was sealed off including the doctors. The government decided to clean up
entirely. Now on the island are three divisions:
1) Soldiers: The soldiers act as prison guards and regulate the flow of traffic. Anyone trying to leave the
island is shot: doctor, staff or prisoner.
2) Doctors/Staff: The members of the Thullu Division carrying out the experiments. The know they need to
escape to get back to the mainland and continue their lives and see their families.
3) The prisoners: These are the inmates who were forced here against their will. Many have altered
appearance or body functionality due to the experiments. They have but one goal: escape!
These three divisions don't get along very well. Who will prevail? Who will die? And who will escape?
